Our Simple 4-Step Process
Step 1: Start your online repair
Choose the repair service that best suits your needs from our collections, or use our$1 Mail-In Repair Starter if you're unsure which service you require. Add it to your cart and complete your order. Basic return shipping via Canada Post (or FedEx, depending on your chosen option) will be calculated at checkout. Note: The final repair cost will be confirmed after an assessment at our shop.
Step 2: Prepare and Send Your Items
Carefully pack your shoes or boots in a sturdy box. Remember to include a copy of your order confirmation or, at a minimum, your full name and order number inside so we can identify your package.
Ship your package (at your own expense) to our workshop via the carrier of your choice. We strongly recommend a service that offers a tracking number.

Step 3: Expert Assessment and Repair
Upon receipt of your package, we will send you an email confirmation. Our expert cobblers will inspect your items and the service ordered. If additional or different work is required for optimal results, we will contact you with a precise diagnosis and a detailed quote for your approval before beginning any work. Step 4: Safe Return Home
